JACK NEWTON OAM DIES ON 15 APRIL 2022

Peter Hall (right) was the Player of the Day scoring a fabulous 40 points off his handicap of 14. At one point he scored 10 consecutive pars. Had he not had a quiet first four holes, he could have scored in the mid 40s.

It was far from quiet in his fourball, after all Kiernan McNeill was there making much more noise than Ryan van der Walt.

This is his 1st 40 Club achievement.
